GET ME A SNICKERS, STAT!

Does a having a "sweet tooth" leave you feeling like the underdog in the batlle with your will power? Have you felt the recurring urge for chocolate at 4:00 in the afternoon, or the lure of ice cream at 9:00, while those people on Survivor waste away to nothing, eating rare indigenous insects...

If you have been discouraged by this common obstacle when you are trying to lose weight, there is hope. While I wouldn't go so far to say it is easy, most of us just go about it the only way we know how, trying to flex our will power. 

Let's break down the battle.  In one corner, you have your will power, backed by your commitment to some fuzzy hope of weighing what you did in high school.  The other corner, you have the force of a habit, and the power of anticipation of an immediate pleasure reward, that you are already arguing with yourself that you deserve.

If that is similar to how your encounters with sweets line up, then you may have suffered a few set backs.  So let's restructure the battle so you win both the battle and the war.
